  Terrible parts service companywide. the parts person in Las Vegas couldn't figure out a freightliner parts diagram and special ordered us the wrong part. when we called to get the right part three different people stated that there was no wiring to the back of the headlamp, only the internal harness (I guess they are powered by solar power) When we finally found someone who could trouble himself with looking up the part, he gave us a part number and said that he didn't have both items we needed but the whittier store did and gave us a phone number.... for FONTANA. we called Fontana and spoke to a gentleman who got us what we needed, after confirming that it would be sent today Friday for Saturday delivery we had to jump thru hopes to pay with a credit card. then after sending an email to confirm it was sent, I was told that the order cutoff was 2:00pm and that they could send it Monday. Unbelievable, they cant get anything correct at this company.
