  $75 down the drain. Brought my phone (note 4) in to have a charge port fixed, which they did. But all of a sudden it takes 10-12 hours to charge my battery when it didn't before I had the issue. Batteries Plus claimed that they fixed the charge port issue and that the slow charging was another issue all together (which it may be) and that it has nothing to do with the repair they did (questionable). What irks me is not that there was another issue but that it would have taken their repair "technicians" 10 minutes to check if the battery was charging at more than a snails pace and they didn't. All they did was the bare minimum and saw that the charger recognized the phone and left it at that. It shows a lack of attention to detail and even if they couldn't fix that issue they could have told me about it before I found out for myself that my phone is essentially a brick now even though they "fixed" it. I didn't even bother asking for my money back because technically fixed the issue i had but they did the bare minimum and a little extra effort on their part would have left me a happier customer.
